Kay Etheridge (faculty, USD Music Program)

From past Festival participants:
  • Great performer, and it leaks out onto those she teaches causes them to perform beyond their normal capacity.
  • I love her intensity! She taught us to play passionately as if we are musicians and artists. Our pieces reached a whole new level with her.
  • I really enjoyed working with Kay... she had very helpful pianistic comments to give me, but also our whole ensemble benefited from her coaching because she gave us excellent musical direction.
